Cultural References:
(1) *The Raw Fish Reference-- The most obscure joke of them all in the entire series.

Perhaps the most obscure yet humorous cultural reference is right at the beginning of the episode of Exchange, where Ron Stoppable says the following:

Ron: If they push any of that 'raw fish' on me, I swear I am going to chuck!

This particular reference Ron makes is in regards to what actually happened on January 8th, 1992, when then president George Herbert Bush (Father of the Current President of the United States), became ill on a visit to Japan.

President Bush (Sr.) at the time of his visit was suffering from jet lag, and a bit of a viral stomach flu that had been going around, and after having consumed a dinner consisting of sushi (which is raw fish), which did not set well on his stomach, President Bush (Sr.) accidentally in front of stunned onlookers, (and cameras), vomited on Japanese Prime Minister Kiichi Miyazawa.

This is perhaps the funniest, yet most obscure of the cultural references in the entire series of Kim Possible.

But in the end, this is actually what Ron is refering to in his commentary (after which Kim and Monique in unison say the following) and this is perhaps the punchline of said reference (In terms of Kim and Monique's Concern that Ron might make an embarassment out of the school:

Kim and Monique (In unison): Uh oh...
